An increasing number of Japanese nationals live in Kazakhstan these years. According to the surveys by the Japanese Embassy, the number of long-term Japanese residents in recent years is as follos:

Japan Club in Kazakhstan gathers almost all the Japanese residents. It organizes a series of amusing events for themselves and sponsors several events relating to Japanese language teaching in Kazakhstan.
